MEDVILLE PRECINCT
West Airport · Accra · Ghana

Specialist care, a place to stay and room to recover. On one site.

Medville Precinct is a place to get well and stay well. A medical tower, a branded hotel with serviced apartments, homes, offices, gardens and pools share one site, so patients, families and the doctors who treat them never have to cross the city.

Health here is more than an appointment

How people arrive and move through the site

The only road access is the service road at the front. Cars enter by the west driveway, loop along the rear and leave by the east driveway, keeping the plaza for people on foot.

Medical tourism

A patient's whole visit, within a few hundred metres

Patients from Ghana's regions, neighbouring countries and the diaspora often travel far for specialist care. At Medville each step of the visit happens on the same site.

  1. Arrive

Check in to the hotel or a serviced apartment next door.

  2. Consult

See the specialist in Medville Place, with pharmacy and tests close by.

  3. Treat

Procedures and care in the specialist suites.

  4. Recover

Rest in the apartments, with the patients' garden a short walk away.

  5. Follow up

Continue care by telemedicine after returning home.

Close to the airport

West Airport is minutes from Kotoka International Airport, so travelling patients reach care quickly.

Family stays alongside

Relatives can stay in the hotel or a serviced apartment next to the clinic for the whole treatment.

Room for longer recoveries

Serviced apartments suit stays of weeks rather than nights.

Specialists from the diaspora

Visiting Ghanaian specialists from North America and elsewhere bring expertise that patients would otherwise travel abroad for.

Treatment-and-stay packages with partner clinicians and the hotel are planned before opening.

Lifestyle

Stay, live and work in the same few hundred metres

Beyond healthcare, the precinct is a West Airport address for travellers, residents and businesses, with a pedestrian plaza at its heart.
